Salary: Up to £TBC per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Location: Warminster

Your Role

  • Lead the Warminster Project Team, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects from inception through completion and handover.

  • Manage multidisciplinary teams and drive delivery against programme milestones.

  • Manage relationships with internal teams, consultants and contractors.

  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

  • Provide reporting, risk management, financial forecasting and stakeholder management.

  • Identify future opportunities and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications: An industry-recognised qualification in a relevant discipline such as Construction, Civil Engineering or Law, together with a full UK Driving Licence.

  • Experience: Proven leadership of multidisciplinary construction or FM project teams, contractor and consultant management experience, project planning expertise, and experience within PFI/PPP operational contracts.

  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, build stakeholder relationships and produce high-quality work.
