Product Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce client in NYC is looking for an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager. This individual will turn customer, market, product, and sales inputs into clear, accurate, useful content; manage several deliverables with focus; and collaborate effectively with Industry GTM, Product, Sales, Web team, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and other PMM stakeholders. This experienced product marketer will build foundational assets, sales materials, and event content for healthcare and emerging industries.

Summary

In this role, you will develop messaging and positioning, craft the narrative for how our products deliver value to customers, build a pitch deck for sellers, a web page to bring the messaging to life, and engage teams across sales, campaigns, demand generation, and product to drive overall awareness, pipeline, and revenue across existing customer base and prospects.
This Product Marketing Manager will build foundational industry assets and sales bills of materials (BOMs), including:

• Positioning and messaging
• Industry narrative
• Sales pitch deck
• Sales enablement assets
• Highspot content
• Web page copy

Responsibilities:

• Develop foundational content, messaging and positioning, sales enablement assets, web page, and event content for emerging industries, specifically regulated industries like healthcare, financial services, insurance, etc.
• Work closely with product, partnerships, and partner marketing (demand generation) teams to build a marketing strategy, with the goal of driving awareness, demand, and usage of our product
• Enable sales teams to understand the value of our products and competitive solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7 years of experience in product marketing
• Relevant enterprise B2B product marketing and content creation experience, specially, companies that have created B2B industry marketing specific content
• Fintech and B2B industry experience; experience in industry product marketing/marketing to a specific industry (e.g. Healthcare, CPG, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Experience working with sales teams and cross-functional partners
• Ability to communicate concisely and clearly and work independently while being effective cross-functional collaborator

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
