IT Support Technician

Join a leading independent technology and services provider as an IT Support Engineer (L3).
Job Overview:

• Role: IT Support Engineer (L3).
• Location: York YO10 4H
• Contract: 28-Sep-26 - 09-Oct-26
• Mandatory check: Government SC
• Pay Rates: Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
• PAYE Rate: £19.85/hour
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform device refresh activity including install, power-on and basic validation in line with the agreed delivery model
• Support users during onboarding , resolving issues to get them operational at point of handover
• rebuild or reconfigure devices that fail or malfunction during onboarding using provided tools
• Support clinic and site-based delivery models, working to scheduled slots and throughput targets
• Adhere to security requirements ( e.g. Clearance, BIOS wipe, data handling
  standards)
• Work as part of a delivery team to meet planned throughput and site level targets.
• Must be SC cleared
