Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, automated infrastructure and application delivery pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and ServiceNow integrations, while promoting security-first engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
• Integrate security controls and automated compliance checks into development and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with Development, Security, Operations, and Cloud Engineering teams.
• Manage ServiceNow integrations, workflows, change management, and automation processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Implement vulnerability management, code scanning, secret management, and security guardrails.
• Support cloud-native deployments and platform modernization initiatives.
• Monitor pipeline performance, deployment health, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build, deployment, infrastructure, and security controls.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• Expert-level experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow administration, integrations, workflows, or change management processes.
• Experience implementing security automation within CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
• Experience with Git-based source control and branching strategies.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Experience with security tools such as Snyk, SonarQube, Veracode, Checkmarx, Prisma Cloud, or similar solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as:
  • Terraform Associate
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
  • CISSP
  • Security+
