Physician Recruiter

Synergy Health Partners in Madison, WI seeks a Physician Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers. In this role, you will partner with clinical leaders to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and site visits, and guide candidates through the offer and onboarding process. You'll promote our mission-driven, community-focused culture while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates bring healthcare recruitment or provider relations experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for supporting high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers, from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Partner with clinical leaders to forecast provider staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, databases, and professional associations
• Conduct initial candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and manage communication throughout the hiring process
• Promote Synergy Health Partners' mission, culture, and community-focused value proposition to candidates
• Coordinate site visits, interviews, and travel logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Track and report recruitment metrics, pipelines, and hiring timelines to leadership
• Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment regulations, credentialing requirements, and organizational policies
• Collaborate with HR, credentialing, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth provider start-up
• Support employer branding and participation in career fairs, residency outreach, and professional events
