The Role • Execute steel construction and locksmith work according to technical drawings • Operate all common tools and machines in steel construction • Weld butt and fillet welds in various positions and material thicknesses • Conduct independent quality control of your work to meet requirements • Collaborate effectively with all departments within the production chain What You'll Need • Completed technical apprenticeship as a construction mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), locksmith (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), or plant mechanic (m/f/d) • Initial experience in the assembly of welded structures and with common welding processes • Knowledge of materials and their properties in metal processing • Enjoyment and passion for working with metal, with a strong sense of quality • Valid welding certifications are desirable but not strictly required What's On Offer • Starting from €3,200 gross/month – performance-based and above-tariff, depending on experience • Opportunity for permanent employment upon successful integration into the team • Modern workplaces and equipment for an optimal workflow and pleasant work environment • Provision of work clothing and regular health checks Apply via Haystack today!
