The Role

• Ensure the smooth execution of orders and actively contribute to process improvements for optimal workflow and processing times.
• Continuously analyze and optimize existing processes and procedures to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership to team members, coordinating their work and ensuring high-quality output.
• Oversee and participate in welding activities, controlling work processes and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Conduct quality checks, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with the quality management department to refine order-related processes and ensure compliance with quality specifications.

What You'll Need

• Completed technical or vocational training, or equivalent qualification in metal processing.
• Additional qualifications as a welding supervisor with several years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong teamwork, resilience, and reliability.
• Sound leadership skills with a motivating management style.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with modern Lean principles.
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style with an openness to change.
• High awareness of quality, costs, and results.
