Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst Workday to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday platform. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and IT teams to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and an exceptional employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong Workday expertise, experience supporting HR processes and configurations, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 - 6 years of HRIS experience with at least 2 years supporting Workday.
- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM and business process configuration.
- Experience supporting HR operations, data management, and system administration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
