The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting and closing complex contracts.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored proposals for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and a willingness to embrace coaching and feedback.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
