Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream.

• Work as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders, architects, and project teams.

• Translate business requirements into scalable CCM solutions and document designs.

• Lead offshore development and support teams.

• Review solution designs, templates, scripts, code, and deployment packages.

• Conduct architecture reviews, technical discussions, estimations, and solution planning.

• Support the complete SDLC from requirements through production.

• Perform impact analysis, RCA, defect resolution, and production support.

• Provide technical guidance on templates, business rules, data mapping, and performance optimization.

• Coordinate releases and deployments across environments.
