About the role:

Application Analyst SAA with Epic certification in Beacon and Willow and a strong clinical pharmacy background to support and expand their oncology research initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine pharmacy and oncology expertise with strong Epic application build experience to support the endtoend development, testing, validation, and maintenance of research medication and protocol builds. The SAA will work closely with oncology clinical teams.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Application Analyst (SAA) with Epic Beacon and Willow certifications and a strong clinical pharmacy/oncology background. The candidate will support oncology research initiatives by designing, building, testing, and maintaining research medications and treatment protocols in Epic.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with pharmacy, oncology, clinical research, and IT teams to understand requirements and develop Epic solutions.
  • Manage research build activities from requirements through testing, validation, implementation, and support.
  • Perform QA reviews of builds completed by other analysts.
  • Create test plans and test scenarios and document testing results.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical and clinical teams for resolution.
  • Maintain documentation related to Epic build, workflows, testing, and research protocols.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.
  • Ensure builds follow established clinical, operational, and Epic standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Epic Beacon Certification Required
  • Epic Willow Certification Required
  • Strong clinical pharmacy background
  • Oncology experience
  • Hands-on experience with Epic Beacon and Willow build
  • Experience with medication and protocol build
  • Experience in testing, validation, QA, and application support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment
