Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with managers and supervisors and provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, HRIS, training, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional HR experience with knowledge across multiple HR functions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and business-acumen skills.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and workforce needs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams to deliver seamless HR services.
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, job descriptions, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Support training, succession planning, team building, culture, and change-management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies, regulatory requirements, FMLA, and JCAHO standards.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and serve as a trusted HR advisor.
