The Role

• Assembly of steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (110kV to 380kV).
• Installation of high and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mounting of components such as high-voltage clamps, and supporting insulators.
• Assembly and disassembly of screwed and pressed connections, including pipe and cable assembly.
• Reviewing and updating technical drawings.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in metalworking, preferably in construction, mechanical engineering, energy, or the metal processing industry.
• Experience working with electrical systems is a plus.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to work sites with your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular, short-term travel for assignments (Monday-Thursday) within Southeast Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a proactive, motivated work ethic.
