We're hiring on behalf of an internationally active technology company based in Berlin that develops high-precision analysis systems for cutting-edge research. They are seeking experienced industrial mechanics for their production team, focusing on special machine and plant construction.

The Role

• Perform mechanical assembly and repair of UHV systems and components according to technical drawings.
• Precisely align components such as vacuum chambers, flanges, and manipulators.
• Conduct leak testing, including helium leak detection.
• Install piping and vacuum connections, integrating control interfaces.
• Occasionally support on-site commissioning and document work processes.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Precision Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Toolmaker, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in special machine or plant construction, ideally with vacuum or UHV technology know-how.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings (2D/3D) and excellent dexterity for fine materials.
• A precise, structured, and enduring approach to work.
• Good German language skills and a team-oriented mindset; English is a plus.
