Graphic Designer – Marketing & Motion Graphics

Pay rate: 

• Junior Level (1–4 years of experience): Up to $5,506.62/month, DOE
• Mid-Level (4–8 years of experience): Up to $6,262.76/month, DOE

Work Location : Plano, TX

Contract Period: 1 yr

WORKING HOURS: Full-time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT

ROLE: We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can bring our marketing and branding ideas to life; someone who thrives on creativity, independence, and staying ahead of design trends, including emerging AI-powered design tools and workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Graphic Design Excellence: Create high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, datasheets, battle cards, PowerPoint presentations, booth graphics and mockups, and digital assets such as emails, social media graphics, landing pages, animations, motion graphics, and short-form videos.

Brand Consistency: Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, formats, and templates to maintain consistency with corporate brand standards.

Collaborative Innovation: Collaborate closely with marketing and business teams to produce sales enablement materials.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay current with design, digital, and AI trends, bringing fresh ideas and actively experimenting with emerging AI-powered tools to improve creative quality, efficiency, and marketing performance.

 

• Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.
• Experience in B2B graphic design within the technology industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Strong hands-on experience creating animations, motion graphics, and short-form video content for digital and social channels.
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools, with the ability to continuously experiment with new technologies and incorporate them into design workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Strong understanding of social media design trends and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring designs to life with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
