The Role

• Advise customers with expertise on fresh products like meat, sausage, and cheese.
• Create appealing presentations and high-quality food creations.
• Handle products with skill, including portioning and refinement.
• Independently prepare specialty items according to in-house recipes.
• Implement ideas for sales-promoting measures.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or professional experience in food retail or gastronomy.
• Welcome to career changers with experience handling food.
• Genuine interest in processing and refining fresh meat and produce.
• Enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for retail.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based model.
