The Role

• Engage customers with appealing displays, expert advice, and exceptional service.
• Independently develop and implement sales-promoting initiatives.
• Manage costs, revenue, inventory, pricing, and product flow to ensure operational efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing a team, ideally within the fresh food or bakery sector.
• Strong knowledge of fresh products, quality standards, and hygiene regulations.
