We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Administrator for a leading technology services company that provides innovative solutions to government and commercial clients. Join a dynamic team focused on delivering critical IT support and optimizing system performance.

The Role

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows servers, workstations, and peripherals.
• Provide Windows system administration, including account management, software installation, and system monitoring.
• Manage domain controllers, file servers, and application servers.
• Receive and triage customer incidents using a ticketing system, following standard operating procedures.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues effectively.
• Engage with customers and ensure proper incident closure.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science with 4+ years of experience, or 8+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
• Experience with network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of system security, data backup/recovery, and network monitoring.
• Must possess a current/active Top Secret-SCI clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years.
