The Role

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery for plastics and rubber processing.
• Performing maintenance and repair work on machinery.

• Participating in the development of new products and process technologies.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as a Plastics and Rubber Processing Mechanic or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in operating and maintaining production machinery in the plastics and rubber industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of plastics and rubber processing techniques and materials.
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
• Team player with reliability and flexibility.
• Willingness to work shifts.
