Planner/Estimator

Quad seeks a Planner/Estimator to develop accurate plans and cost estimates for integrated print and digital marketing programs. You will analyze client specs, materials, timelines and production options to create competitive quotes and schedules. Partnering with sales, account management and operations, you'll optimize job routing, manage capacity and support on-time, on-budget delivery. This role leverages MIS/ERP tools, data and continuous improvement to enhance accuracy and margin. Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project plans and cost estimates for print and digital marketing production jobs
• Analyze client specifications, technical requirements and historical data to forecast labor, materials and timelines
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and production teams to scope work and optimize job routing
• Prepare detailed quotes, pricing models and change-order estimates in alignment with margin targets
• Monitor project performance versus estimates and adjust future assumptions to improve accuracy
• Use MIS/ERP and scheduling tools to maintain job records, capacity plans and production calendars
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements across prepress, print and digital workflows
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding timelines, risks and tradeoffs
