Job Description
Identity and Access Management Manager, Hybrid Working (Offices in London or Buckinghamshire and required to visit once a month)
Salary likely to be c £ 75000 + bonus + benefits.
Reporting into the CISO, the purpose of this role is to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the Identity and Access Management capability, ensuring robust governance, effective controls and secure access to information and systems. You will develop the IAM strategy, supporting risk and compliance activities, delivering the IAM roadmap and partnering with stakeholders to strengthen security and operational resilience.
Key Accountabilities Include -
- Further develop and implement the companies IAM policies, processes, technologies and standards.
- Shape, maintain and enhance the IAM governance framework, ensuring policies align with corporate requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Define and lead the IAM roadmap.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to understand and implement IAM solutions.
- Develop and maintain governance documentation.
- Execute IAM audits.
- Investigate IAM related security events and implement corrective actions.
- Identify new and emerging technologies.
Experience Required -
- Extensive IAM experience including Joiner-Mover-Leaver process design and improvement.
- Strong understand of Privileged Access Management and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.
- Experience of logging and monitoring solutions
- Further technical skills to include - SQL, incident management, DataDog (or similar), Cloud environments
- Stakeholder management across Technology, Risk, Audit and Control.
- Ability to provide guidance and leadership to teams when required.
- Proven ability managing and mitigating risk in support of the governance agenda.
- Ability to use research outcomes and insight to inform problem solving, decision making and roadmap development.
- Financial Services knowledge.
