Sr. Project Manager with Retail/POS/Payment software experience

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager with Retail/POS/Payment software experience. This is a full time/ permanent hire opportunity with our client. In this role you will lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives. You can work 100% remote ( anywhere with in USA) for this position.

Responsibilities as Sr. Project Manager with Retail/POS/Payment software experience:

• Coordinate activities between clients, third-party vendors, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveries
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Coordinate regular communication with clients regarding in-progress and upcoming projects
• Manage resource availability and allocation
• Develop project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Facilitate internal Scrum meetings including: daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint review, etc.
• Interact with stakeholders to establish product roadmaps and manage team efforts to implement using agile methodologies
• Manage production of regular product releases

Required Qualifications for Sr. Project Manager with Retail/POS/Payment software experience:

• 10+ years of Agile Project Management/ Software development leadership experience
• Experience working with Retail software/ process, POS (point of sale) products is a must have
• Experience in any form of electronic payments software(credit / debit, gift, and ACH etc.)
• Demonstrated technical leadership and project management skills
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project management
• Budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis
• Ability to build and manage relationships across company
• Ability to influence decisions from top down and bottom up
• Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis
