Key Activities: 

•Support purchase order creation, tracking, and maintenance.

•Follow up with suppliers for order acknowledgements and delivery commitments.

•Assist in expediting critical orders and updating status reports.

•Support procurement data analysis and KPI reporting.

•Maintain procurement records and documentation.

•Assist buyers with RFQ administration and supplier communications.

•Support SAP-related procurement transactions and master data updates.

Key Accoutablities:

•Ensure timely completion of procurement

•support activities.Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

•Coordinate with suppliers for routine follow-ups.

•Support buyers in achieving procurement objectives.

•Assist in resolving operational procurement issues.

•Adhere to company policies and procurement procedures.

 

•Experience:

1.Degree In Engineering

•Technical Skills:

1.Data analyses and reporting

2.Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Power point

•People Skills :

1.Strong communication skill
