WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Act in a lead capacity, assisting with store operations in the absence of management.
• Provide exemplary customer service, greeting customers and assisting them with locating merchandise.
• Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring shelves are well-maintained and displays are built.
• Operate the cash register, process customer purchases accurately, and handle cash and change.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining store plan-o-grams and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure a clean, well-organized, and safe shopping and working environment.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and handle cash accurately.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow stocking and merchandising guidance.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in a supervisory role.
