Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for understanding current business processes, identifying gaps, documenting future-state requirements, evaluating technology solutions, and facilitating alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
The Ideal candidate is a senior-level Business Analyst with 7 12+ years of enterprise experience leading platform assessments, business process transformation, and requirements discovery initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience evaluating enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, mapping current and future-state workflows, facilitating executive stakeholder workshops, and translating complex vendor management, procurement, legal, and financial business needs into structured technology requirements and platform recommendations.

    • Statement of Work (SOW) Management
    • Resource Onboarding
    • Contract Tracking
    • Procurement Workflows
    • Supplier Governance
    • Approval Workflows
    • Financial Tracking
    • Compliance & Audit Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
  • Enterprise Business Analysis Experience (Required)
    • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
    • Experience leading enterprise initiatives and platform implementations.
    • Experience supporting business transformation programs.
    • Background with ServiceNow, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Process Mapping & Process Improvement Expertise (Critical)
    • Current-state and future-state process analysis.
    • Workflow modeling and documentation.
    • Process optimization and automation identification.
    • Creation of swimlane diagrams, process maps, RACI models, and capability assessments.
  • Preferred Tools:
    • Visio
    • Lucidchart
    • Miro
    • BPMN
  • Platform Evaluation Experience (Critical)
    • Experience evaluating enterprise software platforms.
    • Development of evaluation criteria and scorecards.
    • Vendor solution comparison and gap analysis.
    • Support for platform selection recommendations.
    • Participation in RFP and vendor evaluation activities.
  • Requirements Discovery & Documentation (Required)
    • Stakeholder interviews and workshops.
    • Requirements gathering and analysis.
    • Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
    • Functional requirements.
    • User stories and use cases.
    • Business rules documentation.
    • Capability models.
  • Vendor Management & Procurement Knowledge (Highly Preferred)
    • Vendor onboarding.
    • Supplier governance.
    • SOW management.
    • Contract lifecycle processes.
    • Procurement workflows.
    • Invoice and financial management processes.
    • Risk and compliance controls.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills (Critical)
    • Build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
    • Lead cross-functional workshops.
    • Present recommendations to leadership.
    • Influence decisions without direct authority.
    • Effectively communicate with Legal, Sourcing, Finance, IT, Product, and Executive teams.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting Skills (Required).
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Power BI or Tableau experience.
    • Data analysis and reporting.
    • Vendor metrics and KPI analysis.
    • Cost and spend analysis.
    • SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Experience in Regulated Enterprise Environments (Preferred).
    • Governance and compliance experience.
    • Audit controls awareness.
    • Experience in large enterprise organizations.
    • Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, or similar industries.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
