The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area and designated locations.
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics for driving all sales activities in the region and specified metropolitan areas.
• Recruit, select, orient, train, and manage sales employees, ensuring performance standards are met.
• Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans and implementing system improvements.
• Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.
• Establish sales objectives and quotas for districts in support of national goals.

What You'll Need

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• Successful track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in high sales quota attainment.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and presentation programs.
