Enterprise Applications Developer

National Field Representatives, Inc., a nationwide mortgage field services leader, is seeking an Enterprise Applications Developer to build and support business-critical systems that power inspections, property preservation, and reporting. You will design, integrate, and optimize applications that improve data accuracy, workflow automation, and compliance for real estate and mortgage clients. Collaborating closely with operations, compliance, and client service teams, you'll translate detailed requirements into secure, scalable solutions within a stable, process-driven environment that values accountability, precision, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications supporting mortgage field services and real estate workflows
• Integrate internal systems with client, vendor, and third party platforms and APIs
• Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
• Enhance data accuracy, reporting, and workflow automation for inspections and property preservation
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and client-facing teams to refine requirements and solutions
• Implement secure coding practices and support audit and regulatory obligations
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and deployment procedures
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management in a process-driven environment
• Support production systems, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
