Job Description
NETZSCH Pumps USA is looking for a motivated, experienced CNC Machinist for their Exton, PA facility on the 1st shift. This position is responsible for the operating and programming of Mazak CNC mill/turns using Mazatrol, CNC Saw, and manual equipment.

NETZSCH has been developing, producing and distributing positive displacement pumps worldwide for more than 70 years. The CNC Machinist 2 will complete the following duties among others:
- Set up, operate, and maintain various CNC machines, including mills and lathes
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and tools
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification in CNC machining preferred
- At least 3 years of setting up and operating CNC lathes with live tooling is required.
- Experience with 4 & 5 axis mill/turn machines and familiarity with Mazak machines and Mazatrol programs is preferred.
- Skilled with metric dimensions and tolerances is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with accuracy.
- Expertise in using precision measuring instruments and quality control techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
