Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, retrospectives, and delivery checkpoints with stakeholders.

• Maintain the integrated project schedule, sprint plan, milestone status, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.

• Coordinate work across developers, Oracle DBA, testers, Product Owners, technical SMEs, and operational stakeholders.

• Track planned versus completed user stories, carryover items, defects, blockers, and dependencies in Azure DevOps.

• Prepare and coordinate Weekly Status Reports, Sprint Plans, Sprint Summaries, transition-to-operations artifacts, and Hypercare reporting.

• Facilitate removal of impediments and maintain alignment between business requirements, technical delivery, testing, and acceptance.

• Coordinate UAT readiness, production migration activities, Go-Live checkpoints, and the 45-calendar-day Hypercare period.

• Monitor milestone acceptance and ensure required product documentation and operational runbooks are complete before final acceptance.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery/Agile delivery in the resource's specified domain.
• Scrum Leadership: Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile delivery teams, leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, managing sprint execution, and fostering collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Hands-on experience managing schedules, risks/issues, dependencies, deliverables, status reporting, and stakeholder communications for enterprise software delivery.
• Agile Tools: Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Boards/work items or a comparable Agile delivery platform.

Quality and Delivery Expectations: Maintain clear sprint and milestone traceability, timely escalation of delivery risks, and complete project reporting through final transition and Hypercare.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant professional experience; no specific degree or certification.
