Functional Analyst / Business Analyst - Only W2

Position Summary

The successful candidates will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing business needs, defining functional requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience working with enterprise business applications, ERP platforms, and data analysis/reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business users to gather, evaluate, and document business needs and functional requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
• Develop detailed functional specifications that accurately reflect business requirements for technical implementation.
• Partner with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful solution delivery throughout the SDLC.
