The Role

• Compiles store orders using a tablet or pick ticket, identifying item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Gathers merchandise, ensuring proper placement into totes or boxes for transport.
• Safely loads totes or boxes of merchandise, some weighing up to 30-50 pounds, using correct lifting techniques.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and housekeeping standards.
• Follows routine assignments and standard operating procedures for distribution functions, with some problem-solving required.
• Enters data related to picking and packaging tasks to ensure completion.

What You'll Need

• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 4 PM - 12 AM.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30-50 pounds safely.
