About the Role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and scale our cloud-native infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our software delivery lifecycle by strengthening our CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) frameworks on RHEL and OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD & Automation: Design, build, and maintain robust, automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Tekton.
• Container Orchestration: Manage, deploy, and scale containerized applications on Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes clusters running on RHEL.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Terraform and package applications using Helm charts.
• Cloud Architecture: Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Monitoring & Observability (Nice-to-Have): Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
• Security & Compliance (Nice-to-Have): Integrate security scanning tools (Checkmarx, Snyk, SonarQube) into pipelines (DevSecOps) and manage secrets securely using Hashi Corp Vault.
• Service Mesh (Nice-to-Have): Configure and manage microservices traffic management using Istio Service Mesh.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins and/or Tekton.
• OS & Orchestration: Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and OpenShift / Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code: Proficient in Terraform and Helm.
• Cloud Architecture: Solid understanding of cloud-native design principles, networking, and security.
