Location: Toyota campus, Plano TX, on site 3 days a week

AI Transformation Lead (Onshore) - Plano

Role Purpose

• Lead the AI-led Database and Data Platform transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Help identify, prioritize, and govern automation and agentic AI use cases across Database, Data Integration, and Workload Automation platforms.
• Coordinate between TMNA stakeholders, DBAs, platform teams, and AI engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the AI transformation roadmap and target-state operating model.
• Identify opportunities for automation, orchestration, HITL (Human-in-the-Loop), and autonomous operations.
• Lead solution architecture for AI agents, RAG solutions, telemetry integration, and workflow orchestration.
• Partner with Database, Data Engineering, Operations, Security, and Governance teams.

Required Skills

• Enterprise Architecture and AI/GenAI solution architecture (creating architecture diagrams).
• Agentic AI, RAG, LLM orchestration, MCP/tool integration concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Python and automation architecture experience.
