Service Coordinator

Service Co-ordinator - Lift Industry Kent Office-based 25,000- 32,000 Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

We're working with an established and growing lift business that has built a strong reputation within the industry. They're now looking to add a Service Co-ordinator to their team and are looking for someone who wants to become a valued part of the business.
You'll be joining a supportive, close-knit team where your work genuinely makes a difference. You'll have plenty of responsibility, regular interaction with engineers and clients, and the opportunity to develop your knowledge of the lift industry.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate engineers and book service visits.
• Liaise with clients on schedules, updates and completed works.
• Manage service and breakdown callouts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, POs and invoices.
• Monitor service reports and follow-up works.
• Keep systems and records accurate and up to date.
• Support invoicing and client KPI reporting.
• Manage daily engineer communication and handovers.

What we're looking for:

• Previous lift industry or service coordination experience is essential.
• Someone highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with clients, engineers and subcontractors.
• Able to prioritise and stay calm in a busy environment.
• Proactive, reliable and keen to take ownership.
• Good IT and administration skills.
