The Role

• Deliver first-class vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services at customer locations.
• Represent the company's trusted brand by providing exceptional customer service and advice.
• Manage your own stock, reporting, and customer communication effectively.
• Adapt to a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and routine checks.
• Work independently, making informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with various light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Independent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
