We are seeking a motivated Team Leader for a leading automotive glass repair and replacement company renowned for its efficiency and customer-centric approach. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership and technical skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role

  • Lead and mentor a team of automotive glass technicians.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the workshop.
  • Provide guidance and support on standard and complex repair jobs.
  • Monitor and coach team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain workshop equipment and tools in optimal condition.

What You'll Need

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and listen to customer needs to deliver excellent service.
