We're looking for an exceptional Receptionist to become the face of our London headquarters, delivering a first-class front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

About the Role

As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, suppliers, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and professional environment for everyone who enters our offices. You'll work closely with the Office Manager and support a variety of administrative, operational, and event-related activities that help keep the business running efficiently.

This is a varied role that combines reception duties, office administration, executive support, and event coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and taking pride in delivering an outstanding service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and guests.

  • Managing incoming calls, post, deliveries, and general enquiries.

  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings.

  • Supporting visiting executives and ensuring they have everything they need during their time in the office.

  • Providing administrative support, including document preparation, diary coordination, data entry, and meeting administration.

  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of internal and external events.

  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, caterers, and service providers.

  • Managing office supplies and supporting the upkeep of office facilities.

  • Supporting onboarding administration for new starters when required.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who can bring:

  • Previous reception, administration, or office support experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A proactive approach and the confidence to anticipate needs before they arise.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems.

  • A positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude.

Why Join Us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and professional business in the heart of Berkeley Square. You'll play a key role in creating a positive workplace experience for colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders while gaining exposure to a wide range of business activities and events.

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoy being at the centre of a busy and dynamic office, we'd love to hear from you.
