About the Role

We're seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of business outcomes across an end-to-end value stream. You'll translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery execution, optimise flow across teams, and act as a trusted partner to Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners.


This role is all about enabling predictable, transparent, and efficient delivery, ensuring teams work together seamlessly to deliver value for our customers.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery in complex business or digital transformation environments.

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and flow-based delivery models.

  • Proven ability to partner with Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across business and technology.

  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to translate strategy into practical delivery execution.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Line Managers, Business Product Owners, Operations Leaders, Technology teams, Change & Communications, Risk & Compliance, and external delivery partners.
