The Role

What You'll Need

• Completed training and state examination as a geriatric nurse, care specialist, or a comparable recognized qualification.
• Experience in basic care, wound management, vital sign monitoring, and pressure ulcer prevention.
• Demonstrated empathy and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to act responsibly, especially in emergency situations.
• Willingness to participate in further education and training.
• A driver's license is desirable but not mandatory.
