The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and an excellent shopping experience for customers in collaboration with team members.
• Actively participate in tasks such as stocking shelves, appealing product displays, baking, and operating modern POS systems.
• Support and promote the use of the Scan&Go system, ensuring its functionality, engaging customers, and providing assistance for a positive experience.
• Assist the Store Manager with operational tasks, including leading shifts, coordinating task allocation, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake responsibilities for inventory, cleaning, and stocktaking.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision) being advantageous.
• A team player with a high sense of responsibility and a passion for motivating others.
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt to changing tasks quickly.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed with management.
