Facilities Manager

NO C2C. W-2 ONLY! Job Description
Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team on a long term contract in the Charlotte market. The Facilities Manager will oversee the daily management and operations activities of our offices. Must have a construction PM experience- good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc. and experience managing these types of installation projects.

Experience in space planning, move coordination and/or workplace solutions

Experience installing, repairing, and troubleshooting AV infrastructures and office equipment
Financial services industry experience
Advanced proficiency in all areas of MS Office and related work tools

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
