Job Description

Job Title: AI Adoption Consultant (Microsoft 365 Copilot)
Location: 100% Remote


Job Summary

STAFFXPERT is seeking an experienced AI Adoption Consultant to lead enterprise adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AI adoption strategy, Microsoft 365 Copilot, organizational change management, user enablement, digital transformation, and executive stakeholder management.

Required Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, AI Adoption, Organizational Change Management, or Enterprise Consulting.
  • Hands-on experience leading Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and enterprise AI enablement initiatives.
  • Experience driving organizational change management (Prosci or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong background in stakeholder management, executive communication, and workshop facilitation.
  • Experience designing enterprise AI training and user adoption programs.
  • Experience measuring AI adoption success through KPIs and business value realization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise AI adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI programs.
  • Identify AI use cases, develop business cases, and drive AI value realization.
  • Conduct Copilot readiness assessments and create adoption and change management plans.
  • Design and deliver AI/Copilot training curricula, enablement programs, and user adoption strategies.
  • Define, track, and analyze AI adoption KPIs, success metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making sessions.
  • Address AI adoption challenges, objections, and organizational change through structured change management.
  • Partner with business, IT, security, and adoption teams to accelerate AI implementation and user engagement.
  • Develop communication plans, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement strategies for AI adoption.

Any one certification out of them 
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (or equivalent)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot or AI-related certifications (preferred)
