The Role

• Enhance the customer shopping experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage various tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Oversee incoming goods, display products on the sales floor, and monitor expiration dates.
• Replenish and check the freshness of produce, fruits, and baked goods.
• Handle cash register operations and assist with stockroom and cleaning duties.

What You'll Need

• A strong drive to contribute effectively to the team.
• Previous experience in retail is desirable, as is a completed apprenticeship in the retail sector, but all backgrounds are welcome.
• A friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Eagerness to be proactive and hands-on.
• Flexibility and a collaborative team spirit.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
