Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with 15+ years of experience in application development, enterprise system integration, and data migration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, front-end development, database design, and migrating data from legacy systems to modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level web applications using .NET technologies.
Build robust backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET.
Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy applications and databases to modern platforms.
Analyze source and target data models, identify data gaps, and develop data mapping and transformation logic.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and ETL processes.
Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks to ensure migration accuracy.
Work with SQL Server and other relational databases to manage complex datasets.
Troubleshoot application and migration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and establish development best practices.
Prepare technical documentation, migration plans, rollback strategies, and deployment procedures.
Support production deployments, post-migration validation, and application performance optimization.

Required Technical Skills

Experience: 15+ years in software development, with strong experience in .NET full-stack development.
Backend: C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core Web API, REST APIs.
Frontend: Angular or React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Database: Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, complex queries, stored procedures, database optimization.
Data Migration: Legacy-to-modern system migration, data mapping, data transformation, data validation, reconciliation, and migration troubleshooting.
ETL and Integration: SSIS or equivalent ETL tools, batch processing, API-based integrations, and data synchronization.
Architecture: Microservices, enterprise application architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
Tools: Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools.
Leadership: Technical design, code reviews, mentoring, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience migrating large volumes of enterprise data between legacy and modern applications.
Exposure to Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based data migration solutions.
Experience with data migration cutover planning, rollback procedures, and production support.
Knowledge of security best practices, authentication, authorization, and sensitive data handling.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholder
