Job Description
Position Purpose:
Deploys data center related end-to-end technologies. Tracks assets and cabling using standard documentation. Monitors and responds to alarms for data center equipment. Monitors and responds to alarms for the mechanical/electric plant (MEP). Completes change requests and associated tasks as assigned. Responds to incident tickets as assigned.
Education/Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 2 – 4 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Technical Skills:
One or more of the following skills are desired.
Experience with Change Management
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Troubleshooting (Problem Solving)
Soft Skills:
Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Intermediate - Ability to work independently
Education/Certification Required: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science Preferred:
