At Hatched Recruitment Group, we're experiencing an exciting period of growth, having recently secured approved supplier status across numerous new vendor management systems. With an increasing volume of opportunities coming through these platforms, we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and help us maximise their potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who enjoys the delivery and resourcing side of recruitment, understands how to work efficiently within vendor management environments and wants to be rewarded generously for their success.

The Opportunity

We're looking for somebody who can hit the ground running, confidently managing vacancies through platforms such as Comensura, Matrix and other vendor management systems (VMS).

You'll be responsible for managing incoming requirements, sourcing and placing quality candidates, building strong talent pipelines and ensuring we deliver an excellent service across our approved supplier agreements.

With numerous new vendor systems now available to us, there's a genuine opportunity to build a highly successful desk with a consistent flow of vacancies.

This isn't a role where you'll be expected to spend your days cold calling for new business. We're looking for somebody who knows how to turn existing recruitment opportunities into successful placements through excellent resourcing, organisation and delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant.

• Strong working knowledge of vendor management systems such as Comensura, Matrix or similar platforms.

• An excellent resourcing background with the ability to identify, engage and place quality candidates quickly.

• Experience managing multiple vacancies, priorities and submission deadlines.

• A good understanding of compliance, candidate submissions and the requirements of managed service recruitment.

• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.

• Somebody who enjoys being part of a supportive team and wants to contribute to our continued growth.

Outstanding commission potential: Earn up to 40% commission, with a structure designed to reward consistent performance.

A commission structure that works in your favour: Commission is calculated on your quarterly revenue but paid monthly, making it easier to reach the higher commission brackets and maximise your earnings.

Fully remote working available: Our office is based in Poole, Dorset, but we're more than happy for the right person to work remotely. The majority of this team already work remotely, so we've built a way of working that genuinely supports flexibility.
