They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Radar Integration & Test Engineer to lead critical development radar programs. The Role • Lead Integration & Test program planning and execution for verification and validation activities. • Develop and execute complex software and/or hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing. • Lead complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools. • Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and coaching to less-experienced engineers. • Identify interdependencies of products and programs, planning integration and test events accordingly. • Collaborate with SMEs to understand customer requirements and establish test criteria. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or Mathematics (Master's preferred). • 15+ years in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering. • Proven background in Radar-focused software and hardware system integration and test activities. • Experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). • Demonstrable leadership skills with cross-functional experience. • Experience with hands-on radar systems, C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware.
