Job Summary (List Format) – OnBase Technical Lead, Commonwealth of PA – Treasury

• Serve as the principal technical authority for OnBase applications, specializing in WorkView and Workflow.
• Lead the development team in designing, coding, and implementing enhancements to existing OnBase applications.
• Architect, configure, and optimize OnBase WorkView solutions and Workflow processes for complex business needs.
• Oversee all phases of application development, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and strategic direction throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to OnBase applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret business and user requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions as a functional architect.
• Review designs, recommend improvements, and ensure solutions align with enterprise objectives.
• Plan and estimate project timelines, tasks, and resource needs.
• Ensure robust, scalable, and efficient operation of OnBase systems.
• Direct and participate in coding, unit testing, and debugging activities.
• Provide expertise and guidance during testing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate status updates, issues, risks, and resolutions to team members and management.
• Deliver ongoing training and knowledge transfer regarding OnBase tools and best practices to staff.
• Maintain expert knowledge of OnBase systems configuration, administration, and Unity Client utilization.
