Private Credit Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Private Credit Associate to join our clients team. This individual will play an active role across the entire investment lifecycle, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite private credit investment opportunities.
• Build financial models and perform credit, cash flow, and downside risk analysis.
• Conduct industry, company, and management team due diligence.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda and presentations.
• Assist in structuring and executing debt investments.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and identify emerging risks.
• Participate in sponsor, management, and advisor meetings.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Private Credit, Private Equity, or Corporate Banking.
• Strong financial modeling, accounting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• Demonstrated interest in private credit and alternative investments.
