Translate business needs into actionable requirements and align the requirements with goals & objectives!Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiencyBusiness Operations: Capture and develop process maps, configurations, and procedures to support operating model enhancements and spot productivity opportunities. Help with the planning and implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness.Data Analysis: Gather, analyse, and synthesise qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement, utilizing data to support decision making. You will produce high-quality analysis, recommendations, and communicate findings clearlyProject Delivery: You will maintain documentation, action logs, risks, issues, and status updates, help diagnose and resolve issues related to project blockers. Clear documentation of outcomes and resolution stepsStakeholder Engagement: Build good relationships with stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs.
